Whose thumb is that in the photo? Bottle. Clear golden amber color. Aroma of floral citrus. Taste is lightly peppery caramel. Easy drinking.

Full goblet pour on draft at Glen’s Garden Market. Brewed exclusively for DC Beer Week. Dark amber with beige head. Aromas of toast, citrus, stone fruit. Tastes of toast, citrus, light floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at the brewery during DC Beer Week. Pours a cloudy amber-red color with a small, wispy off-white head. Aroma smells a bit like a pretzel, surprisingly enough. Light, sweet malts. Sweetness comes through, but retains a pretty tasty light hop character in the flavor. Hits the spot surprisingly. I don’t usually like red ales.
