Poured into a tall tulip, the appearance was a hazy burnt yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy to messy head. Mostly messy lacing, semi-sticky.
The aroma starts off with a big sour lemon flowing into a nice semi-sweet to bitter dry hopped grassy sweet hops. Lemongrass subtleties. Tweaked semi-white pepper spice underneath. Nice fresh/bright crispness all around. Some pineapple. Light Stonefruit.
The flavor leans sour initially with a sly crisp sour lemon/grassy hops. Subtle malts, seem sour-ed appropriately. Fresh light smooth sour aftertaste flowing into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation.
Overall, really nice dry hopped sour ale that I would preferably have again in the Summer.

On tap at Lovebucket. Pours cloudy with a thin head and noticeable carbonation. Aroma is kiwi, lychee, tart grape and mango. Flavour has lots of mango, papaya, some melon and a long tart finish of white wine vinegar and grapefruit. This is proper good.

Bottle. Golden color with a thin layer of white head that soon disappears. Hoppy sour aroma: citrus and tropical fruit with a tart vinous sour vibe. Heavy sour and hoppy bitters in the taste. Funk and tropical fruit. Perfect level of acidity for my taste.

At a tasting, many thanks, almost no head whatsoever, cloudy murky yellow to light orange color, aroma of unripe tropical fruits, white wine woodines, lemony sourness, flavor of vanila and wood with vinous spicy saddle and rubbery hints, quite strong but mellow sourness, Very good and immensley drinkable.

Bottle. Pours quite hazy golden apple, medium off-white head, dissipates with nice residual and lacing. Aroma is citrus, passionfruit, mango, pine, lemon. Flavor is medium tart, very light bitter, citrus and pine, some tropical notes. Medium body and rich mouthfeel. Lacks the juice bomb pop of some of the other Azacca beers I have had.

42nd Floor Tasting. Thanks to Matteo. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Airy malts. Zesty lemon mildly sour. Seltzer. Trace of acid. Mild floral things before a light dry finish. All right!

Bottle from the 7/11 Kittery. Pours a slightly hazy light golden color with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Earthy funk is strong on the nose with light citrus and fruits to counter. Earthy fruity hoppy flavors meld quite well with a light sour and quite funky taste. Wow that is pretty damn good.
