I was looking forward to this one but alas aside from the nose and body the rest of the elements of this beer fell short. +++ Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a large foamy brown head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet coco, malted milk and a touch of cocoa. The flavor was cola, cocoa, vanilla, malted milk, bitter roasty malts and a hint of pepper. The finish was long with vanilla, cream, cocoa and roasty malts lingering. Fairly full bodied and creamy. Disappointing.
