A bright blonde ale calibrated with roasty coffee and a touch of sweetness.
You started with cream in your coffee, now have coffee in your cream ale.
We took blonde beer, then calibrated it with roasty coffee and a touch of creamy sweetness. Start and end the day with craft brew. CREAM! It’s Mad Science.
That moment... you wake up, shake up, hop outta bed, damn that floor is cold! Need something HOT to get the juices flowing. Let’s brew. Grind it, mash it, steep it, pour it over. Watch the chaos, the alkaline swirl through the roasted, acidic elixir. It doesn’t take a pH.D: Drop the Acid, Drop the Base, Drop the Mic...

Can from a lazy dog Slightly hazy deep golden color, foamy white head. Big coffee on the nose. Mostly coffee in the flavor with bits of sweet bready maltiness. Very smooth, dare I say creamy beer. I liked it.

Cash rules everything around me, but Cream doesn’t give me the dolla dolla billz y’all. Coffee overdose here. Creamy consistency. Some sourness in finish from malt and coffee mix. Can.

On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of coffee with some sweet grains and a slight creaminess. Flavor is coffee forward with some sweet creamy grains underlying.

Sixpoint signature can poured. Love this can by the way. Fun to look at. Pours a semi cloudy golden color with a big foam head. Coffee grains, leafy aroma. Creamy body with a coffee addition that seems to take this beer from very plain to quite interesting. Lingering coffee bean impression. Quite nice.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours dark gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is coffee and a lot of it. Taste is basically a cream ale with a lot of coffee... Fresh ground. Too much coffee I think. Not bad... But...

Bottle. Earthy coffee and malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with light tan head. Coffee, ginseng, biscuit malt and straw flavor. Decent body. Coffee overwhelms the cream ale base (for better or worse).

Can: Coffee, wormwood, soil, and sumac aroma. Clear amber, thin head. Wormwood, coffee. Medium body, easy carbonation. I love coffee and the variety used in this beer is not one I enjoy. I have detected it in a number oif highly rated beers, but I have a strong aversion to it.
