The Grisette is an old working class Belgian Farmhouse style that is typically brewed with wheat. This take on the classic style is a very light and sessionable farmhouse ale with subtle citrus flavor. A fluffy white head crowns this straw colored brew. Aromas of tropical fruit and grass come through on the nose. The flavor profile is dominated by citrus and slight bitter hops with a dry finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a murky pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that lingered but left minimal lacing. The aroma was dry, tart and musty with lemon and yeast notes. The flavor was tart, yeasty and grainy with citric acid and a bit of chalk. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent.

12oz can. Unfiltered cloudy yellow-tan body. Big foamy white head. Wow, this really exceeded my expectations. Juicy new school tropical fruit tones merge really well with the rather saison yeast, and the wheat really gives it a nice depthful mouthfeel. Very modern flavor profile, quite well done. Definitely puts Manor Hill on the map for me.
