An American Table Sour fermented and aged in oak with a mixed culture of Brett and lactic acid bacteria. Dry hopped with a really nice lot of Washington grown Cascade. Re-fermented in the bottle with Brett. This beer is best consumed fresh, it is well conditioned now and the dry hop character will fade over time.

At Mattβs place. Very sour slightly funky aroma with a touch of fermented apples in the barrel and even sauerkraut. All the same in taste. Fermented apples aftertaste. Too sour as for me.

Hazy pale blond color, small head. The aroma is a bit lemony, sour, some ass too. Very dry mouthfeel, nice sour level, lemony, fresh, and then more citrus fruit again, light tropical too.
Really nice.

750mL bottle, courtesy of beastiefan2k (thanks Eugene), pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice floral dry hopping, along with brett and lacto, as well as some biscuity malt. Flavour is very well-balanced, with lacto upfront, followed by dank, somewhat skunky hopping, and a highly citric finish. Rather ascorbic / citric, making slightly too astringent. Okay, but subpar for Holy Mountain.
