Can from Kamala Beergarden (not a garden and no special beers). Very clear yellow pale with frothy head. Light and watery with hints of beer-like features. As bland as it can get.

330ml can. Pours clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is barely, malt, straw. Taste is water, citrus, light herbal hops. Ok if the weather is hot, otherwise - not really. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tiger Crystal (Singapore, 2019 - ) on 28 Feb 2020 at 09:00 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5. Neutraler Antrunk mit blecherner Herbe. Trockener Mittelteil ohne Aromatik, durch die geringe Karbonisierung zusätzlich süffig. Mineralwasser gibt mir mehr. 5/4/8/4/6/4

Bottle sample at a Yom Kippur eve tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. 4%. Yellow with a white head. Grainy aroma with corn, a bit of cardboard. Sweetish flavor, grainy, corny, paper. Watery.

Can from a Hanoi convenience store and brewed in Vietnam. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head and few bubbles. The aroma is light malt, some grain, light hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Too light all round and not enough flavour. Fine for the climate, but so is water!Earlier Rating: 11/8/2014 Total Score: 2.1Bottle from Flann O’Brien’s, Bangkok. Poured a clear light amber with frothy white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light mineral light hop palate. Light bodied witn average carbonation. Light all round, just as it says on the label!

Canned, from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Very pale yellow, small but persistant head. Sweet and fruity, with sloppy syrupy mouthfeel. Almost no flavour, perhaps slight grain and boiled vegetables. No btterness. Really bad.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, a touch of cardboard and some very mild metal. Light-bodied; Very subtle malt flavour with some watery alcohol flavours near the end and some very very light hop notes. Aftertaste is very mild, very watery and only showing a touch of malt. Overall, not so good and not really worth sampling, unless you can get it for free, like I did. I sampled this beer from a 33 cL can from the Singapore Airlines (T2) SilverKris Lounge in Singapore on my honeymoon on 23-August-2009.

Straw colour. No head. Somewhat acidic nose - weird fruits, very little beer character. Sour wet grain taste. Bland. Too acidic for the style.
