Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy sour woody weak bourbon aroma. Fruity malty spicy sour bourbon flavor. Has a fruity malty woody sour bourbon finish.

CBC. Slightly hazy brown with tiny head. Aroma is malt, sour fruit, oak, wood, caramel and dark fruit. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, sour fruit, yeast, oak, wood, dry, vinegar, dark fruit, barrel, sour and a little vanilla.

[5/11/16] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Orange. Big sourish aroma with bourbon, vanilla, wood, vinegar, cookies, caramel, fruits. Tart flavor, a bit sweetish, a bit bitterish, with wood, bourbon, caramel, fruits, cookies, light booziness. Medium-bodied.

Tap@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen (10/05/2016) - pours amber with almost no head. Fruity and malty aroma and taste, yeast, medium sour, berry fruits, bourbon soaked wooden nuance into a sour finish.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, mild vinegar, grain, oak, grass, sour fruits, minerals, bark, hints of butterscotch. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, oak, minerals, alcohol, grass, bark, mild vinegar, sour fruits, berry skin, grain, butterscotch. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.
