[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Clear golden. Funk, fruitiness, oak, sourish, a bit floral. Very nice.

Draught at MBCC 2021, yellow session. Clear late straw coloured body, dotted spots on the glass, filmy layer. Moderate smell of ripe lemon. Lemony tartness to the taste buds, hints of farmyard and green apples. Ends dry and semi tart. Decent stuff, and a nice cleanser. (Copenhagen 22.10.2021).

On tap at Ruse, pours a pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of brett, wild yeast in general, gentle vinous notes, and lightly acidic peaches. Flavour is full of lightly acidic peaches upfront, with some gentle phenols, wild yeast, and seltzery notes. A little too phenolic. It's pleasant but this doesn't seem optimally dialled in.

750 ml bottle. Nose is peaches, sulfur, lemon. Very pale gold, cloudy, with lace. Sweet tinge of peaches, creamy, lemony. Lovely sour peach overall.
