This addition to our Foeder Saison series is comprised of a base blend of mixed-culture saisons that were fermented in our French Oak foeders. This blend was then re-fermented on 3 pounds per gallon of apricots and then dry-hopped with Rakau.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice apricot forward notes and some tart funky notes. Taste is more of the nice apricot some light citrus zest funky tartness and some barrel.

750 c&c from Tavour. Pours hazy near apricot flesh gold with a white head that didn't last long. Aroma of lightly tart apricot. Med body. Flavor is tart/dry apricot with a pine note. Pretty tasty. Tart, light sour, lots of apricot, and a touch of bitterness. Matching Rakau hop with apricots was indeed a match.
