Very good & high, very dense off-white head, quite stable leaving shards of lace over bright orange-golden beer. Yeast intoned, quite bready smell. Toasted malts, garden herbs, faint hops and a whiff of smoke. Bitter-dry, again non-C hops. Some malt underneath, but with little or no sweetness. Again garden herbs flavourwise. Not much going on, but warming up, fruity esters appear. Fairly high attenuation hints at white candi sugar. Good carbonation, bit gristslick + some hopoils. Medium bodied. One to make the septet full?

Bottle split at Cotts Convention III, thanks to Sarky, 20/05/17. Clear golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is straw, perfume, light herbal notes, apricot, lemon rind. Taste comprises yeast esters, herb, spice, floral notes, apricot, peach, light wood, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A really tasty saison for the relatively modest ABV.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge wines, Cotteridge Convention III 20/05/2017. Many thanks to Sarky! A light hazed golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma ishoppy, leafy, soft white bread, midget gems and light citrus. Flavour is composed of Flavour is crips and tangy, pithy lemon, midget gem, mixed hop, saison yeast, citrus hop. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, light farmyard note.

Bottle, 4.5 % abv (at Koht). Pours golden. Aroma is fruity, Belgian yeast, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, Belgian yeast, fruits, citrus. Overall: good.

[ As Hopfenstark 7 Sisters / La Pléiade: Celeno ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, floral, citrussy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saisin yeast, sweet malt, sweet yeast, citrussy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170818] 7-3-7-3-15

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy hoppy. Sweet, fruity. Crisp hoppy. Peachy and citrusy hoppy. Medium dry finish.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, average to decent sized white head, a bit rough, but decently lasting and it leaves good lacing. Smell and taste lightly malts, citrussy, citrus bitter lightly. Not much more to tell imo. Ok beer.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Cloudy golden, airy white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma. Juicy flavour, sweetish citrus and yeast. A little spice. Finishes with a nice, controlled yeasty roughness. Very nice.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, brett, malt and hops. Nice fruity finish.
