Our interpretation of the classic Vienna lager - pale amber in color, medium bodied, ever so slightly toasty from Munich and Vienna malts, complimented by a grassy noble hop nose.

Pretty nice copper and light bronze coloured body with a thick, dense three centimetre tall off-white and almost tan head on top that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of toasted grains, lightly caramelised sugars, a dash of coffee, some subdued yeast notes and a clean biscuity maltiness - pretty nice in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong and crisp malt notes dominate with a lot of dryness, some biscuity, bready and yeastie elements as well with a very small amount of sugars peeking through along with a dry finish from the malts and the faintest dose of bitterness from hops. Aftertaste shows the malts, roasted grain, some light oatmeal and a dash of bitterness from the malts with a light sweetness from plums and stone fruits without much else, but fairly easy-drinking. Overall, a pretty nice Vienna that hits strongly without any discernable bitterness or pungency, but the toasted malt flavours are strong in a good way, with a dry bite at the very end. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Rozi's Wine & Liqour in Cleveland, Ohio on 31-July-2021 for US$3,10 sampled in my hotel room here in Indianapolis, Indiana on 09-August-2021, my twelfth wedding anniversary!

The Aromas are caramel malt, cereal and a little roast. Flavors are similar to nose, hints of marshmallow, roast diminishes a little, sweet upfront with growing bitterness in the end. Okay body, slightly strong carbonation and decent finish.

Medium amber color. Off dry minerally bready nose, with a touch of fruitiness. Medium full body with good breadlines, low bitterness, low carbonation, rounded. Still clearly new world, but for a new world take this is very nice.
