Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Bryne. Quite heavily sparkling, dry and tannin rich, with some woody notes. Not sure if it's oaked at all, or if it's the apple seed that's givinig that woody touch. Fresh apple, some yeasty hints and a touch of unripe apple. Amost bitter towards the finish, definitely apple seed notes. Not really sure about this one. It's nice, indeed, but it's a bit too dry and sparkling for my liking, and it's sure way too pricey for me to wanting to buy it again. 747413 251226
