Bottle 330ml. [ As Mean Sardine / To Øl Blommer I Madeira ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, dark malt, roasted, plum, madeira, raisin. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, raisin, plum, chocolate, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20161230] 7-3-8-3-15

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, wood and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Thin for the ABV. 301216

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, fruits and has a nice sweet finish.

Bottle @ home shared by Joes. Opaque black color, small beige head. Aroma indeed reminds me of madeira barrels, wood and a touch of alcohol. Taste malts, madeira and wood influences present, somewhat alcoholic and a hint of dark fruits. Decent body and carbonation but a bit thin-ish texture.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of plums, red wine, oak, red fruit and some booze. Flavor has malt, oaky red fruit, boozy plums, some caramel and raisin. More a quad than a stout. Nice, but a bit too boozy.
