Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep red, purple, with limited fine pink foam. Aroma is intense of sour cherries, funky. Body and carbonation are average. Very tart and astringent. Taste is intensely sour, even tickling with spices. Final is still intensely sour.

Pours a nearly black, intense red essence. Small pinkwhite layer of foam, barely to be called a head. Scent is super intense raspberry puree / jam . Vibrant acidic aroma's, but they seem more fruitbased, than basebeer to me. Taste is surprisingly tart and dry, mostly lactic acid, but definately has some kick to it by acetic acid as well. Intense raspberry syrup. This is not a balanced beer, should you expect it - neither by sourness or fruitlevel. Clearly made for those looking for extremes, rather than drinkability.

Bottle. Cloudy deep red. Lots of raspberry jam, barnyard, some oak, sour, lemony, rounded. Amazing.
