We teamed up with New Trail on something we call West Coast Pilsner; a traditional European Pilsner that we dry hop like a new age West Coast IPA. For Expanse, we also brought additions of orange and lemon peel early on in the brewing process. Just enough pithy citrus the shine through Citra, Talus, and Simcoe dry hop additions, all on top of the traditional European canvas.
