English Whisky Barrel-Aged Cider

Aged in our barn, this dry cider matured for 12 months in ex-whisky barrels from our friends at the English Distillery. Traditional apples give sharpness and tannin, while time in barrel funk, vanilla, oak, tropical fruit, citrus and a good whisky kick. High carbonation pops the aromas and cuts through the ABV. At just 350 L, it’s a limited, dangerously drinkable cider to share and celebrate.
