Gutshot Dry Irish Stout

Meet our gateway stout. All the bold flavors of its larger, imperial family members presented in a simple, nuanced, and sessionable format. At 4.1% Gutshot is the lightest beer that we brew, all while having one of the more dynamic flavor profiles. Roast barley and coffee dominate the forefront, then a subtle creamy milk chocolate all prior a clean, dry and satisfying finish. Stouts don't have to have a chewy mouthfeel or giant alcohol by volume. They do have to be bold and delicious. We just happen to effortlessly put all that into something so silky and crushable. Maybe we are just showing off.....or maybe we are just good at what we do.
