Tap. Pours clear pale golden, large white head, good lacing. Aroma is field grass, Belgian yeast, coriander. Flavor is light sweet. Light plus bitter, grassy, Saison. Medium light body. Pretty standard fare. So weird. Not getting much new world hop influence here

On tap at The Beer Research Institute, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, bringing out Belgian yeast, loads of fruity esters and some cereal. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of fruity esters, stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Belgian yeast gives off quite a sweetness. Totally inauthentic but solid nonetheless.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a thin white head. The modest aroma offers up pear and peach like fruity esters and then spicy notes blended with a mild level of tangelo and mango fruity hoppiness. The taste delivers pleasing hops with mango, pineapple and tangelo flowing quickly into sweet malts and estery sweet peach and pear and sweet apple. Nice where the hops cut through the sweet and bigness of this "saison."

Draft at the source. Crystal clear yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of white pepper and straw. Taste is funky, dusty straw and lemon. Decent.
