On tap at Four Winds Beach House, pours a clear dark burgundy with a small off-pink head. Aroma has bright red wine grape skins, beautifully funk, and some tannins. Flavour is complex and elegant, with lots of red wine grape skins, lovely tannins, deep barnyard funk, and light earthiness. Wonderfully vinous, funky, and tannic. Excellent.
