Draught@Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Hazy yellow colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is tart fruits, some mild citrus and a bit wooden tones. Flavour is green apple skins, some fruity tartness, mild grapes and some mild wooden tones.

Draft at Oedipus fest. Aroma of sweet fruit, tart and wheat. Flavor has sour grass, herbs, bitters and weird nettle. Nice though.

[5/14/16] Draught at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Hazy golden. Sourish fruity aroma with a bit of graininess and pickled vegetables. Tart flavor, fruity, lactic, with a bit of pickled vegetables. So-so.

Tap at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is meaty, light rotting pear. The flavour is light sour with a light crispy citrus light mineral acid yeast palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear pale yellow to copper pink beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, weird, bit funky, spicy, some grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sourish, spicy, cloves, and is that cinnamon? Aftertaste: sweet, fruity, citrus, bit earthy, sourish, lemony, spicy notes, not too bad.
