Three years of beer! What says Birthday better than cake?!?!?! We decided to theme this years celebration beer like Chocolate Coconut Cake. We brewed a big thick imperial stout with no added sweetness, just natural unfermentables and double mash variables, finished with a long boil. What didn't go into a freshly dumped Knob Creek barrel found its way on top of freshly toasted coconut, cacao nibs, Tahitian vanilla beans, and birthday cake! Thick and silky smooth with a touch of natural sweetness, an aroma that screams coconut and chocolate, with matching flavors to follow. A lingering note of cake batter is rounded out with a pleasant vanilla swirl. Drink Fresh, this beer won't get better with cellar time. Happy birthday to us!
