Cask at Sun, Stafford (at 5.0%). Pours a golden copper with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma contains fruits and traditional hops. Sweet and malty at the start in the mouth, but hops come through strongly after a while. Some hints of stewed apples as well. Finish is dry, hoppy and very bitter. This is an excellent traditional English style IPA.
