16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/20/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, toasted biscuit, honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is a delicious IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish, not aggressive. Feels like Citra, Centennial, Amarillo hops. Nice juicy and fairly dank hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with mild lingering sweetness. A very enjoyable offering. Very Midwest feeling style example, well balanced. Held up very well for the modest age.

Taster at the Yavapai Tavern at the Grand Canyon. Pours hazy yellow, with a small, off-white head. Smells of hibiscus, cereals, spruce, papaya, and brown sugar. Sweet, with a pleasant bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is a refreshing, light, and balanced IPA. Nice.

On tap at Addictions Bar & Grill, pours a hazy dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and biscuity malt in good balance. Flavour is robust and full of piney hops upfront, with a bit of hop resins and dry caramely bready malt. Standard but exceptionally well-brewed. A really good IPA.

16oz can (the kind where the whole top peels off when opened, very cool) pours with a nearly clear gold body that supports a dirty white head that leaves behind spotty lacing. The opened can turns out to be a great place to assess the aroma after the poor. I get loads of tropical fruit notes like cantaloupe, pineapple and mango to go along with a bit of tangelo and spicy earthy faintly dank hoppiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of pineapple and cantaloupe juiciness to go along with some bitter grapefruit and mild levels of bitter onion like dankness. It gets a little juicy with ripe tangelo joining in about midway. In the background is a clean supportive malty base. Solid stuff here with plenty of juiciness and moderate hop bitterness to create a tasty harmony of hoppy flavors.
