2011 version. Pours a hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, coffee, dark fruit. Slighly smokey. This is quite a nice bock, I very much enjoyed it. 2012 version drank 29/11/2013. Decidedly less tasty than the 2011 version, will try this one again in a year. 2014 version, 03/10/2014. Not a big fan of this bock, it’s quite sweet. Gets much better as it ages.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Quite dark brown Bock from Belgium not yet the Netherlands. Quite bitter tasting brew with has an full taste, due the four different malts (wheat, barley, oats and rye)

Bottle. Dirty opaque muddy brown with a small beige head. Aroma of malts, dark fruits and caramel. Taste of malts, dark bread, caramel some metal, stone fruits and hints of liquorice and coffee. Bold bitterness. Strong carbonation. Rather distinctive alcohol presence considering the abv. Yea, it’s alright but I’m used to higher levels of satisfaction provided by Jopen.

Bottle from Beerwulf. Pours a murky looking dark brown colour with no head. Faint aromas of nuts, caramel, dark fruits, roasted malt and chocolate. Taste is very much the same notes as the aroma with more pronounced nuts, caramel and chocolate. Light fairly watery body, high carbonated fizz on the palate and a nutty and very slightly sweet finish. Good
