Bottle from the Co-op. Incredibly dull pour, absolutely lifeless. Light grain aroma, hoping this gets better. Taste picks up a bit, mildly tangy mouthfeel and finish. Body is OK, but overall ruined by the initial presentation (aroma and look).

On tap @ Sport, Seattle. Dorada limpia. Escasa espuma. Aroma cereal ligeramente especiado. En boca es punzante, ligera, muy bebible. Base malteada, notas de miel y contrapunto especiado con notas cítricas y ligeramente lácteas.

Optisch jetzt nicht so der Brecher, auch in der Nase eher ein Pale Lager. Im Trunk dann aber spritzig, crispy, getreidig, süffig. Hinten dann bitter. Gut, spielt aber nicht oben mit.

12oz bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice light hops grain some spice. Taste is more of the nice light grain spice and grassy hop notes.

Bottle: Pours a light golden color, slight haze, and topped with a finger of creamy white head. Potent aroma is lightly lager malt sweet, but pungent with florals and bitters, ripe enough to make Keith Stone’s face wrinkle like a raison. Softer in the taste, mostly a sweet malty and grassy vibe to go with minimal bitters. Easy drinker.

Extremely pale hay with a fizzy white head. Very faint malt profile with a bit of fruit. Pretty clean profile. Not a lot going on but well brewed.

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. You can only pass on a beer so many times before you order it so it will stop bugging you. I always see this beer and never pulled the trigger. I never was able to get into Ninkasi, but lately I’ve been impressed. Transparent golden pour with a patchy head. Not a whole lot to say here. Straw grain. Mid refreshment. Drinks pretty easy. A bit watery. A fire extinguisher for spicy food type of beer for me.

Bottle Clear very pale light yellow with a lively spritzy head. Light sweet grain aroma and flavor. Some honey and cereal sweetness. A little noble hop bite.
