We sort our lives into rigid boxes, forcing amorphous things to fit. We rush through whole weeks until they evaporate, losing the quiet transitions between past and future. The sweetness lives in the blur and in knowing where you’re going while the dock is still in sight. So much happens between seasons, like the fleeting, improbable magic of snow on brightly colored leaves.
Enjoy this beer with those who make the journey as important as the destination.

Canned 11/14, drunk 12/3/25, as pictured.
Lots of dry spice, almost vegetal, rather woody. Big acidity with dry, crackery malts. Orange spice, tea, stone fruits....Not much on the juice, not much on the malt. Very un-Tree House-like beer. But it's clean and shows no alcohol or resin.
Soft malt, scant sweetness or comfort, but it's soft enough of a texture with good depth and high attenuation. Problem is, it just seems woody and drily spiced. Not getting much of anything interesting. Pine, dry spice, wood...like a Mosaic-Amarillo-Simcoe IPA. There's a slightly twangy acidity on the finish, too. Cracker and white bread. Like they did their best to make a WCIPA that is still hazy. Not my jam.

Can from trade with ClarkVV-thanks, Clark! Opaque dark yellow, nice head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is citrus, melon, and a bit of berry. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. A typical, well-executed Tree House DIPA.

Pours a hazy, gold-butterscotch color, with thick, mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow. Very soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish. Great stuff.

16 oz can thanks to Clarkvv in a trade. Aroma shows me soft orange, soft grapefruit and signature house yeast. Flavor is predominantly grapefruit, but does have mild nuances of tangerine and maybe a hint of guava fruit. Super soft mouthfeel with the signature yeast finish.
