Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a reddish hue and a dense and stable light brown head leaving a solid lacework. Nose is a little challenging, some smelly feat - or puke - is battling with citrusy hops - unfortunately the forrmer seems to win. Medium body, heavy charcoal roast with a massive malt bitterness. Not so convincing really. 031215

On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Black with a lasting off-white head. Roasted aroma with licorice and a touch of grass. Roasted malty flavour with a touch of ash, some grassy and citrus hops and a nice bitter finish. Definitely a borderline stout

Tap @ Christian 4 Tal, Odense. Pours black with a small creamy head. Roast, licorice and ashes. Smooth and dry. Licorish - ish! Sticky. Decent - certainly! Vague grapefruity hops in the end!
