(Keg at BrewDog Helsinki, 20161013) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, fruitiness and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Poured golden color with thick white head. Piny, robust. Grapefruit, resiny notes. Flavor has citrusy hops, floral notes, resiny grapefruity hoppy oily notes. Pleasant, robust stuff. Strong bitterness.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, pine, grass and resin. Taste is smooth, sweetish and slightly fruity with some crisp hops, citrus, tropical notes, pine and grapefruit. Finish is crisp hoppy, sweetish, fruity and citrusy with some tropical notes, grass, pine and grapefruit. Crisp and fruity pale ale.

Tap at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Poured clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a yeasty big grass citrus hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

[ As Omnipollo Ben Simcoe Pale ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, sweet malt, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, citrus, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160511]

[5/11/16] Draught at Himmeriget in Copenhagen. Golden. Aroma of nice fruity hops, a bit oniony. Flavor is quite dry, with fruity oniony hops. Light to medium-bodied.
