A dark copper amber ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, nice mix of tart apples and light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light woody character, light mineral notes, light cork, ground cherries, nice and smooth. On tap at Beer Authority NYC.

Hops Hill, Brooklyn tap: pours reddish with an off white head. Aroma is kind of like a sour red, yeasty, woody, and all that. Taste is a bit sour. Pretty big sweetness happening there too. Lingering sugary aftertaste. Interesting but not really my thing.
