A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, vanilla, very nice and smooth.

Bottle shared by Eric the man @ Himmeriget. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aromas of sweet barrel, sweet berries, chocolate, dry cocoa, fudge. Taste is sweet berry jam, barrel sweetness, fudge, milk chocolate, malt, vanilla, dry cocoa.

Bottle. Pours black with small beige head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is strong roast, berry, wood, tobacco. Slick body, wood, berry, tobacco, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle at Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark brown with a round tan head. The aroma is big molasses, sweet malts, some fruit. The flavour is strong sweet with a rich sweet alcoholic malt palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Great but a little on the sweet side for me.

Wakefield Barely Something - Bourbon Barrel ].Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, fruity - berry, light raspberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, dark malt, chocolate, light alcohol - bourbon, tart notes, tart raspberry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160511]

Bottle Shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen (11/05/2016) - pours black with a tan head. Sweet and light roasted malty aroma and taste, with intense rich sweet chocolate, treacle, caramel in the house, raspberry notes coming in with some bourbon infused wooden notes, sweet finish.

Thanks to Jack for sharing. Lots of raspberry in the aroma. Black color. Flavor is sweet raspberry. Moderate roast with he malt, rich sweet, and heavy. Good.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines dark grains and raspberry with roasted malts plus a light earthiness. Flavor starts with light roasted malts and dark grains but a strong raspberry note finishes the beer.
