Can: pours orange gold with a white head. Aroma is farmhousey, spice, hay. Taste is sort of sweet, spicy, hints of bitterness. Solid.

The Aromas are crackers, yeast, and honey. Flavors are a little like nose, too sweet for a good traditional Saison. No Funk anywhere. A hint tart. Body is a bit watery. Not my favorite beer.

Draft. Amber Beer with a cream head. Spice and yeast aroma. Spice and yeast flavor with malt. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with malt and light fruitiness.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of curacao, coriander, light grassy hops, light ginger, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light curacao, coriander, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Draft at the source. Chillhazy yellow color. Aroma of dusty straw. Taste has white pepper and lemon, light funk. Tasty.

Draft at Cheeseburger in Paradise. Nose is big time bubblegum, honeycomb, and plumeria blossoms. Yellow with a medium white head. Flavor is lightly sweet with the honey and bubblegum. Very nice and refreshing in the heat here across from the beach.

Enjoyed on tap as part of a sampler at Honolulu Beerworks in Honolulu, HI. I didn’t take tasting notes for this one, but remember this being sweet and lightly tart with the typical saison yeast notes. It was just OK, not my favorite of the sampler.

Light golden color. Sweet malty nose with lots of honey and orange peel notes. The mouth is mildly sweet. I wouldn’t consider this a saison, like so many other American saisons, but it is a nice light dry ale with some interesting fruit and honey character.

Cloudy and quite pale. Aroma is very spicy lots of orange and coriander, taste is similar but with a fair bit of yeastinss that is not always fresh.
