Nothing hones your mind and your instincts like necessity." We never intended to make this beer, but we're glad we did. Combining Weyermann Cologne malt, Frog Valley Farm's Lieber hops, and a hell of a time crunch, we crafted this one on the fly. Expect an easy drinker with nuanced flavors of soft grain, subtle fruit, white wine grapes, and an especially green, floral hop character that you can pound. Prost!

Slightly hazy, bright yellow orange color with a small white head; aroma of cereal, hint of sourness; balanced flavor with a long, light bitter finish
