A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet nutty malt with light grassy hops, faint mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice nutty caramel malt with light grassy hops, pleasant and nutty. On tap at Koko location.

Tap at the brewery. Red amber, low offwhite head. light body. Light berry notes, light caramel, Bisquit malt as the glass warms up.

Beautiful amber (dark) color, with creamy head. The aroma is mild, some caramel and paper. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, it has caramel flavor, some yeast character, correct bitterness. Another beer that happens to be quite anonymous.

Sample at the brewpub in Kailua. The beer pours a dark amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Caramel malt and citrus aroma. Light body with flavors of sweet malt and caramel along with mildly bitter hops and citrus. The finish is earthy and malty and does not linger long. Slightly above average overall.

Tap. Light toffee malt aroma. Hazy red amber color with minimal head. Sweet berry malt flavor. Decent but standard amber ale.
