Wisco Disco is a deep amber colored beer, with rich malt and hop flavors. We brew this beer with a small amount of milk sugar (or lactose). This gives Wisco Disco its smooth body, and makes it a perfect match to pair with your favorite cheeses. Wisco Disco is brewed with five different malts, and four giant hop additions for huge flavor. Wisco Disco is not pasteurized, but cold conditioned, leaving it naturally cloudy, and refreshing.

12 ounce can, 6/14/19. HEY, a brewery was throwing lactose into random shit before it was cool! Clear copper, very large foamy and creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toast and lactose. Taste is caramel, toast, cherries, lactose. Thin. Okay.

Got in a trade with GreenBayBA. 12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 6/27/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep copper color with a small dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread crust, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of nuttiness, plum, pear, red apple, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good complexity of bready malts and light fruity yeast/earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread crust, and toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of nuttiness, plum, pear, red apple, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of caramel, brown sugar, brown bread crust, toasted biscuit, nuttiness, light fruits, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and complexity of bready malts and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Light-medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a very nice ESB. All around nice robustness and complexity of bready malts and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Very soft mouthfeel from the lactose and mellow carbonation. Very clean and rich malts; restrained fruity yeast and balancing earthy hops. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

Sampled from the tap at the Rigby. Pours a clear amber with an off white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grass and straw with some bread underlying. Flavor is similar with a combination of grass, hay and straw.

16 oz. can thanks to Skyview. Red color with lasting white head. Nose is all toasted grain. Flavor is mostly toasted grain with hints of sugar in the backend. Caramel malt body with a medium body. Pretty standard for the style. Sessionable for sure.
