750ml swing-top bottle I picked up at a little bottle shop in Rochester. Pours a totally clear yellow with zero head. This thing looks like pool water. Nose has a lot of raw wood shavings, vanilla, apples, a little cheese. Flavor is sweet apple juice, spice, vanilla, some wood. Sticky finish.

The best and worst of barrel aged ciders I’ve ever had. Some peel and some light bourbon. Not bad. More tangy than sweet.

Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop, thank you! Exceedingly pale yellow color, almost clear. Aroma has apple flesh and subtle vanilla. Taste has light tannin and apple skins. OK.
