Bottle sample at Wild Hare as part of the tasting flight. Slightly hazy bright yellow. Aromas of apples, light spice. Tastes of apples, crisp notes, champagne, white wine. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle sample at the source. Clear very pale yellow color, still. Aroma of buttery apple and pear. Taste is lightly tart apple skin. OK.
