750mL bottled April 24, 2017, drunk 9/20/17.
Clear, bright, bronze-copper body shows good carbonation and a white head atop showing reasonable retention for the style.
Vegetal/floral notes in the nose show a spice profile something like lilac and/or elderflower. Soft tangerine / orange water and very low funk for a sour/wild/lambic whatever you consider this. Just some ever-so-soft Brett, which is completely fine, but if you're looking for a sour, it doesn't seem like this is going to deliver.
In the mouth it's soft, mellow, light and watery. Orange and biscuit are the primary flavor notes with very low acidity that sits on the very sides of the mouth, lingering on to the lightly citrusy finish. Nutty, soft and fruity with very low, natural, but loose carbonation. This definitely doesn't have anything to do with a lambic. Call it a very soft wild ale, I guess, but I hope his other stuff is more lambic-like, and for that matter, more beer like. This is just soft, watery, orangewater.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 17, courtesy of Simon. Many thanks! Pours a misty golden amber, medium receding off-white head. Aroma is lightly funky, sour, woody, soft fruits. Taste is crisp, balanced with a subtle orange influence, soft funky barnyard.. just a simply excellent sour.

Dumpf grasiger, primär säuerlicher Antrunk. Kuhstall zum Glück nur in der Nase, weich, frischer werdend. Mittellanger, schnell schwächer werdender Nachgeschmack. 7/9/10/9//9

Sampled from bottle at Borefts 2017. Clear, golden amber. Slightly sweetish, sourish, moderately funky and quite fruity aroma of lemon, barnyard, horseblanket and tangerine. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, quite funky and slightly fruity taste of lemon, gooseberry, tangerine, barnyard and some oak, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, rather woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, moderately astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
