Cleopatra: TDH is a New Zealand Imperial IPA celebrating New Zealand hops. For this version of Cleopatra, we triple dry hopped (TDH) it with a blend of New Zealand hops: Nectaron®, Riwaka™, Nelson Sauvin™, Rakau™, and Nectaron® cryo. The Nectaron® hops used are from our hand-selected lot from New Zealand. Crafted with American malted barley and white wheat, specialty German malts, and our house ale yeast, it is juicy, complex, and soft. We taste notes of gummy bears, dried mango, candy peach rings, guava, and a hint of cannabis. It is named after Cleopatra (69 – 30 BCE), who was the last queen of Ptolemaic Egypt and only Ptolemaic queen to learn Egyptian. She is also known for her relationships with Julius Caesar and Marcus Antonius.
