Salinas de Añana is a Fruited Sour with Sal de Añana, a mineral jewel from the Basque Country, enhancing the fruity notes and delivering a lively, refreshing sensation in every sip.

Brewed together with our friends from Manchester’s Cloudwater Brewing, it combines blueberry, mango, strawberry, sour cherry, and currant, on a silky base reminiscent of a natural smoothie.

Body: dense and velvety, with a smoothie-like texture.
Color: deep red, with purple highlights and a light head.
Aroma and flavor: sour with an explosion of red and tropical fruits, with notes of sour cherry, ripe mango, and fresh strawberry, balanced by a saline touch that invites another sip.
Finish: juicy, with a mineral hint that amplifies the flavor.
