An end of the hop harvest treat! We used both fresh Citra and Dolcita hops along with the same pellets and some German Northern Brewer to make a pilsner akin to the West Coast Pils, but smaller and much more crushable! Utilizing 100% pils malt and fermented cold with one of our favorite German lager strains, this beer is oh so hoppy popping with fresh cuts of tropical citrus, and creamed peaches

Orange body with thin white head. Faint fruity and paste aroma. Medium flavour and fairly full body malt body and hop skin
