12 oz. bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, much thanks! Crystal clear yellow with fast moving carbonation (champagne like) Aroma is a metric shit ton of yuzu fruit. Citrus like with hints of pale malts and honey.
The flavor is more like a lemonade rather then a beer. Maybe this could be called yuzu Radler? Lots of lemon and notes of citric acid. Maybe limes and straw but that is pushing it. Very mild tartness in the finish. Light body with a dry texture. Honestly it does NOT scream "Berliner Weisse" to me. If you like flavored lemonade this will be to your liking.

On draft at Blue Frog’s Local 22 in Chicago. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of lemonade. Flavors of lemon and a pinch of salt. Refreshing.
