An intercontinental farmhouse ale collaboration; brewed in the Navy Yard with american army expat Justin Hawke, owner & head brewer of Moor Beer Company (Bristol, England); soured in our horizontal lacto tank, hopped with chinook, hersbrucker & the falconer's flight hop blend, then slowly fermented & aged in stainless with a blend of farmhouse ale yeasts & our house strain of brettanomyces bruxellensis for 3 months; tart, herbal, earthy, evocative.
Fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, aged two months on apricots (60 pounds per barrel). Collaboration with Moor.
