We took Dageraad Blonde and aged it on cherries that had been used in a sour beer, bringing both the fruit and the funk from that beer.
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, cherries, sugar, wheat, yeast, hops, orange peel

On tap at Dageraad, pours a cloudy dark pinkish amber orange with a small white head. Aroma has bright cherries, some floral notes, and since bugginess. Flavour has bright cherries, a nice bugginess, and light orange peel. Nice cherry and orange peel combo, with a nice bugginess. Very good.

Taster.
Aroma: nice cherries with some Brett and light sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines with addition of some lactic and a bit of vinegar. Those off flavours do disappear after beer breezes for some time, though!
Overall: good one, if you give it a time to breeze and release the weirdness.

On tap at Dageraad. Pours murky dull orange with a white head. Rustic yeast and some cherry must on the nose. Flavour is very earthy, the cherries are present but a bit subdued, a bit of a light, sugary cinnamon character, especially on the finish, and a gentle tartness throughout. This is nice.
