This year’s batch is a full-on campfire dessert in a glass: a rich, roasty imperial stout aged in barrels that adds deep vanilla, oak, and warming bourbon notes. Then we packed it with coconut, cacao, and graham crackers to create layers of gooey chocolate, toasty crumble, and creamy sweetness. It’s silky, decadent, and dangerously smooth for a beer that rolls in at 12.2% ABV.

Taster. Smell does have a bit of bourbon barrel, and catching a bit of coconut. Taste is sweet, a bit of heavy mouthfeel. Find I like coconut in beer better than by itself. And yes, some cocoa as well.
