Bottle at home. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, some lemon peel, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter with a hint of wheaty sourness. Body is light to medium. Not a smashing brew, but I definitely enjoyed this refreshing citrus Weizen.

The Polish and German night. Craft Clerkenwell. With Travlr and ChrisO. Keg. Very hazy orange - gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and finely crisp. A somewhat jarring sour tang, - orange and lemon, it’s bitter too. Light savoury note precedes the airy finish. Awkward.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, deep golden colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, white head. Wheat malty aroma, grassy and herbal hoppy overtones, a touch of Scotch thistle. Taste is dry hoppy, delivering identical flavours. Hop dominated Weizen.

Yellow colored, cloudy beer with short head. Citruses in aroma, some bubble gum, good dose of bananas and hints of yeast. Light bitterness, moderate sweetness. There could be more happening in taste. Medium body.

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours unclear gold with a creamy white head. Strange aroma, some overripe citrus fruits, a little poo. Light sweet flavor with a little lemony tang, salt, farmy poo, bitter hay, grain husk. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more lemony tang, salt, wheat. Peculiar.

Butelka 0.5l (05.02.2016).
