Our Ollie beer is a 6.8% hazy IPA, framed around some of our favorite recent single IPAs. A base of pilsner malt and local oats from our friends at @rabbit_hill_malthouse, we layered in bunches of domestic hops, notably Citra and Simcoe, with just a touch of our fav Motueka for extra brightness. Orange juice, mixed berry cocktail, and some lime zest make for a beautifully balanced but still overtly hoppy treat.
