Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, light floral, some citrus, light perfume, some herbal notes, hops. Flavour is a nice medium bitter. Body is medium. Refreshing and tasty crisp ’Spelt Pale Ale’.

Tap @ Van Moll. Blonde, cloudy. Citrus, floral notes, and cereals in the aroma. tart lemony flavor. Grassy. Dry, very fruity. Excellent.

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of malt, yeast, grassy hop and citrus. Taste has dry grassy hop, yeast, grainy malt and a little butter. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Secret Santa 2017. Thanks Benzai! Pours light orange from the bottle. Tall, foamy white head settles and lingers. Aroma is lemon, spices, and very much in line with a Witbier. Taste is tart up front, full of lemony sour notes and a soft, yeasty undertone. Finishes with spice and a noticeable salty twist. Body stays light to medium, carbonation is moderate. Overall very refreshing and surprisingly complex. Good!

Bottle (from hetbiermoment). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, citrus, lemon, bit wheaty notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, grapefruit. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: very good, but traditional ale (current style in rb)?! More like an IPA.

Bottle, kindly donated by Benzai within European Local swap, many thanks, manHazy orange golden color with huge white head. Aroma of grain, citrus hops. Taste, malt, grain, lemon, nicely rounded with citrus hops, zest, light pines. Long fruity, hoppy bitter finish. Good one.

[ As Van Moll / Ramses Luikse Vechter ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, herbs, fruity malt, pale malt, fruity hops, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160820]
