This was a gusher. De Dochter van de Korenaar Nouveau Riche Rosemary’s White on Toscane’s Red 6% Matte gold with huge foam and a floral rosemary aroma. The taste was spicy rosemary, floral/fruity (very slight) with rich honey notes. Spicy not very Belgian wit like.

Nice foamy head - extreme rosemary aroma, caramel - Herbal taste, medium bitterness, dry finish. It has some oaky/vanilla/red wine notes, but its minimal

Bottle at vq. Pours clear golden, nose is rosemary, caramel, funk, berries, taste is quite bitter and herbal, salty, toffee.
Beetje vreemd. Die rozemarijn associeer ik met vlees. Wel lekker, maar absoluut even wennen. Vrij uniek.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Geers, Oostakker nr Ghent, Belgium and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Sunday 1st September 2019. Listening to Loma and cooking Beer Roasted Pork Shoulder with a Plum Sauce (plums from the garden) and making a Roasted Plum Ice Cream for tonight. Pours hazy deep gold with a white head. Soft in the mouth, quite a little tart tangy edge, a little bit bitter for a wheat beer but very likeable. Barrel ageing is good.

Bottle. Golden. Olof. Floral, wheaty aroma with fruit sweets. Floral, vinous flavor with a hint of yoghurt. Floral bitterness in the finish. Decent.

A slightly amber beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has flowers, even perfume, grapes, sophisticated. Taste has flowers, rosemary, some harshness in the end. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Pretty nice at beginning, but then the whole bottle is more than enough.

Bottle. Hazy orange pour. Aroma of wheat, rosemary, yeast and herbs. Taste of wheat, soapy rosemary, yeast, herbal bitters and some oak. Not getting the wine flavor unfortunately and it's too bad the beer has some soap tones. Good idea though.

Süffig kaugummiartiger Beginn, süffig, salzig, künstlich fruchtig. Spritzig, mild hopfig, leicht kräutrig, gut. 10/10/10/9//9
