When the world-class Estonian brewery Põhjala asked us to brew a Belgo-Baltic Porter together, we were naturally very enthusiastic. Since they visited us during a week of hop harvesting, we immediately decided to make it a fresh hop beer with freshly harvested East Kent Golding.
